Week 6 | July 7-11


The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History is thrilled to provide week-long "Science is Everywhere" Summer Camps from June 2nd through August 8th, 2025. Students Pre-K through 6th grade can enroll in one, two, or all week-long camps, and they will experience exciting science and fun activities at the museum from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.


July 7-11

Grades Pre-K – 1

Learn all about the important fun-damentals of physics! We will learn about the states of matter and Newton’s laws, the slimy substances that don’t fit in, learn how to manipulate light and lasers and explore the fascinating phenomenon of flight. You won’t want to repel this week of fun!

Grades 2 – 3

Come along for a nuclear week of physics fun! We will learn about Newton’s laws and the slimy substances that break them, delve into optics by playing around with lasers and light, and learn the forces that help aircraft fly high each day! Take the world by force during this cool camp!

Grades 4 – 6

Reflect on the fun-damentals of physics during this exciting week! We will learn about Newton’s laws and the slimy substances that don’t quite fit in, explore optics through lasers and light, and understand the forces that make flight happen. Increase your momentum and show off your great potential (energy)!


Early Bird Registration–Purchase Summer Camps February 3rd - 9th and receive a discount

Save by registering your campers early! From February 3 through February 9, an early bird discount will be for registering your camper regardless of membership status. This special discount cannot be combined with any other offers.
