Summer Break Camps

If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

• Six or More Weeks before the Start of Camp
  If a cancellation is received more than six weeks before camp, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus a processing fee of $50.00 per camp registration.
• Four to Six Weeks before the Start of Camp
  If a cancellation is received between four weeks and six weeks before camp, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus a cancellation fee of 20% per camp registration.
• Two to Four Weeks before the Start of Camp
  If a cancellation is received between two to four weeks before camp, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus a cancellation fee of 35% per camp registration.
• One to Two before the Start of Camp
  If a cancellation is received between one to two weeks before camp, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus a cancellation fee of 50% per camp registration.
• Less than One Week before the Start of Camp
  Camp registrations Cancellations made less than one week before the start of a camp will not be refunded. No exceptions.
• Missed camp days
  Refunds are unavailable for missed camp days, and no partial registrations or refunds will be offered.
• Camp Cancellations
  The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History reserves the right to open or close a section of camp based on demand. If a camp is canceled, registration fees will be refunded in full.

Single Day Camps

If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

• If a cancellation is received more than five days before camp, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus a processing fee of $15.00 per camp registration.
• If a cancellation is received one to five days before camp, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid minus a cancellation fee of 35% per camp registration.
• Camp registrations canceled one day or less before the start of a camp will not be refunded. No exceptions.
