A fun night at the museum showcasing the rich history of the Manhattan Project

[Albuquerque, NM] The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History will host a special outdoor screening of the History Channel's Modern Marvels: The Manhattan Project on Friday, October 4th. Guests are invited to watch the film, explore the history of the Manhattan Project throughout the museum, and participate in various themed activities and photo opportunities.

Visitors who arrive early enough can engage in an immersive interactive espionage-themed puzzle experience related to the Manhattan Project created by the museum team. The Curatorial team will also have unique Manhattan Project artifacts not currently on display to the public, and guests can even take photos in front of a backdrop of the Main Gate at Los Alamos.

Doors will open at 5:30 PM, and the movie will be screened after dark on the back of the museum. Guests are asked to bring their portable outdoor chairs to enjoy the film among the planes in Heritage Park.

Nuclear After Dark will be held in Albuquerque at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, 601 Eubank Blvd, SE. Tickets are $20.00 and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Food and beverage trucks will be on-site to provide delicious refreshments and drinks.
