The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History Invites Everyone to “Meet the Museum” at a Free Open House Event
[Albuquerque, NM] –The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History will host “Meet the Museum” on Friday, January 24, 2025, an open house event that invites the community to explore the nation’s only congressionally charted museum in its field. Beginning at 2 pm, guests can enjoy free admission and engaging STEM activities from 5-7 pm.
Meet the Museum offers a unique opportunity for attendees to discover the Museum’s rich collection of scientific and historical artifacts, ask questions, and learn about the many ways to get involved with the Museum.
Event highlights include exploring volunteer opportunities, the many benefits of museum membership, educational offerings, including camps and homeschool sessions, and special events designed for all ages. Attendees will also learn about options for hosting gatherings at the Museum and group and educational tours. Throughout the event, the Museum will host hourly giveaways.
